A savoury biscuit made with olive oil from Seville. Lightly sea-salted, and with a hint of rosemary and thyme, they are perfect to pair with cheeses. Or try with toppings of sundried tomato and smoked tofu - or a nice olive patê. The biscuits are hand made in Seville by an artisan family of five sisters, using extra virgin olive oil rather than dairy or animal fat, and are therefore cholesterol free and naturally vegan.
